I blended these two images by dragging the rocks on top of the sky photo. Then I reduced the opacity giving it a more river water and see through look. I wanted it too look like a reflection in water as well as a photo of the sky.

I made two text boxes with the type tool and repeated text in different fonts and opacities. Then I added a mask to both of those text boxes and used the black eraser to decrease the brightness (opacity) of parts of the wording on the picture. After that I added a thicker bolder font on top that stood out from the rest.
I like how your blending mode makes the sky look like water and it appears the rocks are under the water when you finished. The sun and the trees could be reflections of in the water. If I did not see both the original photos I would have thought this photo was of a river bed; Nice effect.
