These photos were a lot of fun.  For the freeze action shots, I took them outside with a faster shutter speed.  The ghost shots were harder to take, but had such a cool effect.  I took these both in a dark place and left my shutter open for 4-6 seconds.  In the middle of those seconds my model moved out of the shot making them transparent and ghost like.
